Triple A Team was established in 1993 in Beirut, Lebanon, to handle real estate development, contracting and engineering projects.

The company's first accomplishment in real estate was the Verdun 730 project: a first-rate commercial and residential center in Beirut, with a total built-up area of 30,000 square meters, comprising 3 levels of shopping space, 4 floors of office space and a 12-floor residential apartment tower.

In 1995, Verdun 730 was recognized with the "Best Construction Award" at the Solemar fair in Lebanon.
